FBPE investigators conducted an educational site visit to a civil engineering project in Bristol, Fla., on Friday, Dec. 7, 2018. A segment of the city’s stormwater drainage system had begun to deteriorate prior to Hurricane Michael, but heavy rains from the October storm washed out a large portion of the system and part of a street.
