DetailsUnder Rule 61G15-37.001(11), Florida Administrative Code, the Florida Engineers Management Corporation is required to post all Final Orders involving active disciplinary cases to the website until the terms of the final order are completed, or until the licensee becomes inactive, retires, relinquishes the license, or permits the license to become null and void. Included in this section are all current active cases in which final action has been taken by the Board, and a brief description of the licensee’s violation and discipline, as well as a link to the final order.

Any member of the public may request information about disciplinary or enforcement actions. All information, records, and transcriptions regarding such actions are available to the public for inspection or copying except information that is otherwise confidential or exempt from Section 119.07(1), Florida Statutes, when the investigation ceases to be active, when probable cause has been found, or when a case is closed by the Probable Cause Panel or FEMC.
