Licensee signed and sealed engineering documents for two residential structural engineering projects in Fort Myers Beach that were materially deficient.

The Board imposed a fine of $2,000 and costs of $4,479.40; a Reprimand; two years’ probation; project reviews at six and 18 months; and completion of a course in engineering professionalism and ethics and the Board’s Florida Laws and Rules Study Guide.
