Licensee was charged with violating Sections 471.033(1)(a) and (g) and 455.227(1)(k), Florida Statutes, and Rule 61G15-19.001(4), Florida Administrative Code, negligence in the practice of engineering. Licensee failed to properly execute the responsibilities of a Private Provider for seven projects in Tampa.
