Emergency Rule on Signing, Sealing Extended
FBPE has approved a second emergency rule temporarily expanding the use of electronically or digitally signed and sealed engineering plans and documents to include printed copies in order to effectuate the state’s efforts to reduce the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
