On Friday, Feb. 15, 2019, FBPE staff met with senior engineering students at the University of West Florida. FBPE Executive Director Zana Raybon discussed how to become a Professional Engineer with 50 students in the Capstone Design classes taught by Dr. Thomas Gilbar, associate chair of UWF’s Hal Marcus College of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Dr. Gilbar’s class was split between UWF’s Fort Walton Beach campus and its main campus in Pensacola, where the majority of the students participated from a distance-learning classroom.
