FBPE staff members visited the University of Miami College of Engineering in Coral Gables to speak to the senior design class and other visitors on Monday, Nov. 18, 2019. Joined by Assistant Executive Director Rebecca Sammons and Public Information Officer William Lampkin, FBPE Executive Director Zana Raybon explained the steps to becoming a Professional Engineer in Florida.
Prior to the class presentation, staff members toured some of the college’s labs, including the Johnson & Johnson 3D Printing Center of Excellence Collaborative Laboratory and the Structural Materials Lab, led by Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering Department Chair and Professor Antonio Nanni, PE, and Assistant Professor in Practice Matthew Trussoni, PE.
