We’re introducing something new for Professional Engineers in Florida.
The Florida Board of Professional Engineers is proud to announce a new partnership with Renew Central to help you sign up for and keep track of your continuing education.
All Professional Engineers licensed in Florida are required to complete 18 hours of continuing education every two-year renewal period. The next deadline for CE hours is Feb. 28, 2021.
When Renew Central launches Sept. 1, 2020, over 1,100 CE courses from more than a dozen providers will be available, as well as links to all continuing-education providers for Florida.
Renew Central will help you:
- Compare courses from multiple providers and register with ease.
- Provide feedback on and rate courses.
- Never stress about a CE audit. … Let Renew Central upload your certificate information, and if you are selected for an audit, Renew Central will manage it for you.
- Never feel rushed about completing CE requirements again. …Renew Central will send you automated email or text reminders to ensure you never miss a renewal deadline.
There are multiple participant plans available at Renew Central, including a free, basic one. Renew Central is being offered as a service to Florida PEs, but its use is not required.
