The Florida Building Commission, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and the Building Officials Association of Florida issued a Florida Building Code binding interpretation regarding the replacement of windows and doors in Threshold Buildings.
Please be aware of spam emails being sent to Professional Engineers and engineering firms that appear to have been sent from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers. These emails, including ones with “a secure document” or a scam GoFundMe link, were not sent by FBPE, and should be deleted immediately.
