The Florida Engineers Management Corporation was recognized as a “Family Friendly Workplace” by the Tallahassee Family Friendly Workplace Task Force in April.
FEMC received four out of five stars and was among about 50 local businesses earning three stars or higher in 2018. The Corporation also received a four-star rating in 2017.
The award is part of the Family First Initiative, begun in 2015 by the City of Tallahassee Mayor’s Office. The goal is to highlight local businesses that “are doing incredible things for their employees, going above and beyond legal requirements.”
