FBPE staff presented to nearly 1,000 students at the University of Central Florida’s College of Engineering & Computer Science on Friday, Feb. 21, 2020.
The students in the three classes of Engineering Concepts and Methods heard from FBPE Executive Director Zana Raybon, who was joined by Assistant Executive Director Rebecca Sammons and Public Information Officer William Lampkin. Raybon outlined the steps for preparing for and taking the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam, and requirements for taking the Principles & Practice (PE) exam to earn licensure.
The class introduces students to the concepts of engineering design with teams; engineering communication; and engineering professionalism and ethics.
